Mr. Kesner has worked for almost 35 years in national and international marketing including start-ups, mid-cap firms, and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. Canada, and Japan.

Over the years Bob has become a nationally recognized expert in cohort and generational marketing. He has provided strategic marketing and creative direction, positioning/re-positioning of products and services, lead generation, customer loyalty, leveraging of existing brand/product lines, new product development and branding to VT Federal Credit Union, L.L.Bean, Walt Disney, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Garden Way, New York Life, The Travelers, Wesleyan University, MetLife, RPI, Vermont Teddy Bear, GE Financial Assurance, Hale Indian River Groves, Cunard Cruise Line, Benesse (Japan), Mantis Gardening.

Mr. Kesner has been both a speaker and panelist with the DMA and the VT/NH DM Group covering topics such as Customer Retention (CRM), Marketing to the 50+ Marketplace and Generational Marketing Strategies. He has also held workshops at the J. Walter Thompson "Beyond the Numbers" conferences, the NY DM Club and VT Business EXPO. Frank Koechlein
Managing Partner

Mr. Koechlein has 30 years of marketing experience in the financial services, software, travel and healthcare industries. This experience includes direct/database marketing acquisition and CRM programs working with a captive sales force and direct to consumers, strategic business and market planning, internet strategy and content architecture and brand development/ extension.

Frank started his marketing career with a direct response agency in mid-town Manhattan marketing education seminars. He has held many varied positions in his career that include; SVP of Marketing with the Dreyfus Corporation, Director of Marketing with Prudential Direct, Prudential’s in-house direct response agency and Vice President of Marketing with Everbank.

Mr. Koechlein was the founder of the DMS Group, a direct response consulting group that specialized in the development and implementation of event-based, CRM programs for financial institutions. These campaigns work to isolate specific sales trigger events by customer segment and are predictive of next product purchase. The next generation of these campaigns, now being implemented, seeks to integrate the sales triggers with the interactive sales capability of the clients web-site-or micro-site designed for each specific cross-sell.

Steve Edwards
Creative Director

Steve Edwards has worked in direct response advertising and marketing for over 30 years. He is first and foremost a direct response copywriter for print and online marketing venues but has served in many marketing capacities that have added breadth and depth: product manager, marketing manager, account executive, sales person, associate creative director, and business owner. Steve excels at positioning brands, product, and lines; developing powerful creative strategies and sales propositions; and always presenting the sales argument from the customers’ point of view: benefits first.

Steve spent 17 years at Garden Way Manufacturing learning direct marketing in a variety of positions. He left in 1997 to start Direct Response Advertising Co., and has supplied creative and marketing services to clients including Psychology Today, Endless Pools, Tempur-Pedic, Mantis (gardening equipment), Smithy (machine tools), Struck Corp. (homeowner bulldozers), and many more.

Rick Sherwood
Executive Art Director

For over 25 years, Rick Sherwood has provided outstanding graphic design and creative services for a wide variety of companies that produce products including outdoor power equipment, jewelry, window fashions, landscaping tools, wood-fired hot tubs, retail clothing, motorcycle aftermarket, woodworking equipment, food dehydrators and many others as well as software and services. His design work is characterized by a clean, clear look that attracts attention and invites a closer look. A long-time practitioner of direct response marketing, Rick's creative is designed - first and foremost - for results.

As Executive Art Director, then Creative Director, at Precision Marketing Associates, Rick developed six new product launches with full creative programs for Troy-Bilt Mfg. and did outstanding graphic design work for clients including Black & Decker, the American Medical Association, and Polaroid. Rick launched his own design studio, Direct Marketing Creative Services, that worked with such national and international clients as Grana Padano (Italy), Sunsetter Awnings, Select Comfort, Grand Circle Tours, and Iams

Amy Stagg
Senior VP Web Strategy & Design

Ms. Stagg has 10 years marketing experience that includes management positions in Fortune 500 companies and as a consultant focused on developing and implementing e-commerce business solutions. This marketing experience includes integrated lead generation/sales support as well as database/directresponse marketing.

Throughout her career Amy has demonstrated an ability to successfully design and implement marketing campaigns that integrate traditional media usage with effective web-based lead capture, conversion and ongoing customer management. Her experience ranges from the matching of business objectives and marketing strategies to the design and implementation of web-based sites and micro-sites.

As the Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker, Ms. Stagg developed and introduced successful internet based lead generation and sales support programs. These new tools linked into traditional media campaigns helped Caldwell Banker significantly increase market share in select California markets. Amy has also held senior marketing positions in the Sales Training and Financial Services industries.
